From Checkout to Arrival

Products are prepared for transit with packaging appropriate for consumer electronics and smart accessories. Protective materials, product presentation, and shipment information are reviewed before the package is released.
Once the package is transferred to the shipping carrier, tracking activity may begin. A newly created label may not display movement immediately because the first carrier scan can occur later in the transportation process.
The carrier completes delivery using the address provided at checkout. Depending on the destination, package value, local carrier procedures, or security conditions, a signature or another delivery confirmation method may be requested.

When tracking shows delivered, customers should inspect the delivery location, building entrance, parcel locker, reception area, household delivery points, and any carrier notice before requesting additional review.

Before Your Package Ships
Accurate checkout information is the most effective way to prevent delivery interruptions. Review every detail before submitting an order.
Include the full street address, apartment, suite, floor, or unit information when applicable. Techora cannot guarantee successful delivery when required address details are missing or incorrect.
An address change or cancellation request should be submitted as soon as possible. A request is not guaranteed after an order enters fulfillment or has already been transferred to the carrier.
If a carrier identifies an address issue, additional information may be required. A correction can extend the delivery timeline and may be subject to the carrier’s operational limitations.
A shipment returned because of an incomplete address, refusal, failed delivery, or unclaimed package will be reviewed before any replacement, reshipment, refund, or other resolution is approved.
When Delivery Needs Review
Delivery exceptions are handled through a documented review so the appropriate carrier, customer, and order information can be considered together.
Tracking may temporarily pause during weather disruptions, carrier transfers, network congestion, or route changes. Continued movement may appear without advance notice.
Review all safe delivery areas, parcel lockers, household members, front desk locations, and carrier notices. Some packages are scanned before final placement is completed.
Preserve the product, shipping carton, internal packaging, labels, and all included accessories. Clear photographs may be requested to document the condition and support a carrier or order review.
A package that does not resume movement or cannot be located after delivery confirmation may require a formal carrier investigation before the final resolution is determined.
